Relaxig and energizing in class

Learning can be stressful and your brain doesn't function well when you are stressed. Try these energizing and de-stressing strategies:

  • Breathe deeply and correctly
  • Stand up and roll your head and stretch
  • Drink water
  • Exercise regularly
  • Have a good night's sleep
  • Eat healthy food
  • Be posistive
  • Laugh and smile to create a happy classroom environment

Be sure that these things will make your learning process much easier.
